Shipping & Returns


Please be assured that your in stock online items will ship out within three (2) business days of purchase. Custom orders may take longer. We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are United Parcel Service (UPS) and Fed EX. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. If you're trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following:

Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing. Fed EX and UPS deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. If you have any special shipping requests, please contact us for more information.


If you are not satisfied with your purchase from our online store, you may follow these steps to return your product within fifteen (15) days of the item arriving at the address you provided*:

    1. Contact us through the form below and explain your situation to request a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA#). If you would like to exchange the item for another one, include that information in your return request, and we will let you know if it will be possible with your order.**
    2. Once you acquire an RGA#, you must ship us a box containing the item you are returning and the invoice for your order.***
    3. Upon receiving your items and processing them, we will send you a refund as soon as possible. Allow up to four (4) business days for refunds to be accepted by your bank. 
    4. If you have any problems with our return process, contact us, and we'll do our best to help you.

*If you return an item for any reason other than damage, defect, or receiving the wrong item, there will be a 25% restocking fee, and the buyer must pay for return shipping. If an item is proven to be damaged, defective, or the wrong item, the restocking fee will not apply, and we will pay for the return shipping.

**If an exchange is not possible, you will have the option to either continue with your return or cancel the return. You may then place a new order if you so choose. We apologize for any inconveniences, but we cannot offer exchanges on all items in all circumstances in order to avoid fraudulent requests.

***If you do not provide the invoice, we will usually be able to look up your information, but providing the invoice makes the process go more quickly.
